"Just going to get a quick run in" and other things triathlon "isms"

This week was a gong show. I came off last weekend ready to get going again after taking a break for the GMAT and my first training session was Friday night. So much for crushing it. Though to be fair, I did crush my run tonight - 8 miles in under an hour (Yahoo! First time I've broken an hour for 8 miles!)
However, to be fair as well, I did tell me wife I was "just going to get a couple of miles in." Thankfully I don't often do that to her and rarely ever on a friday night at quarter after eight. And at the time, I did intend to get a couple of miles in....but then I got in my groove and then I justified that 4 miles out was close to a couple of miles. Right?
Some other things I've noticed:
-Weekends do break down to a number of miles ie "Saturday is 60 and Sunday 12."
-Standing at the end of a driveway waiting for your Garmin to locate the satelites.
-Ice baths....ok, with football season starting again maybe its not just triathletes subjecting themselves to these.
-Checking out other people's bikes to see what they're riding
-Breaking down distances between places and equating them to how long it would take you to run it.
-Eating is now fueling.
-Subjecting your family to your training schedule ie the awesome company I had with me on this run last weekend!

What are your "triathl"isms"? Stretchy clothes in abundance? Odd fueling habits?
Run it out!
